Description	Time: 6.30 - 7.30pm. As a way of introducing its new supporters to Amnesty International and its work on human rights world-wide, Amnesty International Australia are running a Welcome event its Victoria Action Centre. Amnesty International is a movement of 2.8 million ordinary people worldwide which helps to release persons who are unfairly imprisoned, campaigns for the commutation of death sentences, and stands up against repressive regimes.
