Description	The Diplomacy Training Program (DTP) is calling for applications for its 20th Annual Human Rights and Peoples' Diplomacy Training Program for Human Rights Defenders from the Asia-Pacific Region and Indigenous Australia. The program will mark the 20th Year of DTP's flagship annual training, the longest established human rights capacity building program in the region. The program will be held from 26 July-13 August in Timor-Leste at the invitation of President Jose Ramos-Horta.
