Description	ALHR submission to the Senate Standing Committee on the Scrutiny of Bills 'Inquiry into the future direction and role of the Committee'. This submission addresses the issue of the Committee's role in the light of the present government's proposals to establish a Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights as part of its Australia's Human Rights Framework. ALHR's initial submission is in the Activities list on 7 April 2010.
