Description	Submission to the Senate Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs The submission looks at: (A) The ability of people to access legal representation; (B) The adequacy of legal aid; (C) The need to resource human rights advocacy and casework; (D) The need to pay attention to access to justice issues with regard to the new National Action Plan to Reduce Violence against Women and their Children; (E) The need to remove fees to access the Refugee Review Tribunal; (F) The adequacy of funding and resource arrangements for community legal centres; and most crucially; (G) The ability of Indigenous people to access justice.
