Description	Australian Lawyers for Human Rights made a submission to the Australian National Contact Point for the OECD Guidelines, proposing a definition of a Multinatonal Enterprise. ALHR is concerned that the concept of a multinational enterprise is insufficiently defined. This results in real uncertainty as to the effective extent and effect of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, 2000 as a basis for ensuring corporations comply with human rights standards.
