Description	Australian Lawyers for Human Rights made a submission to the Senate Select Committee on a Certain Maritime Incident. ALHR raised concerns at the racist overtones in much of the public comment concerning the alleged incident. ALHR made recommendations after analysis of the so-called 'Border Protection' legislation.
